By accessing or using the ProGenix AI platform ("Service"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProGenix AI provides an autonomous AI software development platform featuring 17 specialized agents that:

• Write, review, and deploy code based on natural language descriptions
• Generate marketing content, SEO-optimized articles, and documentation
• Conduct R&D analysis and market research
• Manage projects, infrastructure, and quality assurance
• Provide legal compliance audits for GDPR, privacy policies, and terms of service

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and not prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the prompts generated for your projects and content created for your business. ProGenix AI retains ownership of the agent coordination framework and orchestration logic.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed annually in advance. All token payments and subscription fees are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
